Karen Druffel is an Associate Professor in the Management and Business & Information Technology Department in the College of Business at Framingham State University. In addition to teaching, she is Coordinator and Advisor for two graduate programs, the MBA and the MS in Organizational Leadership. Before joining Framingham State University, Ms. Druffel worked in industry as an IT consultant for Booz Allen, BearingPoint, and Computer Sciences Corporation. She earned a BA from the University of Illinois, an MS in IT from Northwestern University, and a JD from DePaul University. Her research areas include the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, knowledge management in organizations, and sustainability management.
